“5 Tips on “How to Manifest Health In Your Life.”
First in a 5 Part Series.
We breathe every second, but do we really breathe? Most of us breathe shallowly when we are distressed, tensed up and distracted. We are not getting enough oxygen that our cells require to function optimally.
As a result, we have less energy and feel run down.
Here is my first tip in a 5 part series on “How to Manifest Health In Your Life.”:
How to: Breathe fully and deeply down to your stomach. Fill your stomach like a big balloon on the inhale, and exhale letting all the air out with your mouth slightly open.
Benefits: Breathing this way calms the nervous system, and oxygenates the cells so they can do their work. The benefits are that you will feel less stressed, have more energy, and be calmer.
Take Action: practice this twice a day, anywhere, anytime for a few minutes until you feel more relaxed and energized. Keep adding more time as you feel more comfortable with this by the day, week or month until you don’t have to think about it, it becomes second nature!
